Project Rasengan Three year plan — Project Rasengan Wiki

---

Quick answer

Only two dates are confirmed so far: the NARUTO CARD GAME launches worldwide in June 2027, and SHADOW RISING manga details arrive at Jump Festa 2027 on December 19-20, 2026. The NARUTO x NINKU anime and NARUTO mobile WORLDWIDE have no announced dates yet. Below is the full picture for Three year plan.

Because the initiative is broader than a single game, this page separates what is confirmed from what remains unannounced. The card game is the clearest timed release. The anime and mobile projects still need official dates.

Official status

Project Rasengan is not an invented fan label. It is the official umbrella used for the NARUTO franchise revival. The four projects are meant to span anime, manga, trading cards, and mobile gaming over a long-term roadmap.

The NARUTO x NINKU anime is a limited crossover series supervised by Masashi Kishimoto together with NINKU author Koji Kiriyama. SHADOW RISING is a new manga project drawn by Kishimoto. The card game and mobile game extend the franchise into tabletop and mobile play.

• NARUTO x NINKU limited anime: Supervised by Masashi Kishimoto and NINKU author Koji Kiriyama. Premiere date: TBA.
• SHADOW RISING manga: A new manga project drawn by Masashi Kishimoto. Details: Jump Festa 2027, Dec 19-20, 2026.
• NARUTO CARD GAME: Worldwide launch confirmed for June 2027. Deck: 51 main cards + 5 Chakra cards + 1 Summon card.
• NARUTO mobile WORLDWIDE: In development. No release date, no confirmed preregistration.
• Roadmap: Announced at New York Comic Con 2026 and planned across 2027-2029.

Release timing

NARUTO CARD GAME is confirmed for June 2027 worldwide. SHADOW RISING details are scheduled for Jump Festa 2027 on December 19-20, 2026. No public premiere date is available for the NARUTO x NINKU anime.

NARUTO mobile WORLDWIDE is in development, but official materials do not include a release date or preregistration link. Treat every other date you see elsewhere as unverified until NARUTO's official channels confirm it.

Why it matters

For fans searching Project Rasengan three year plan, the important point is the structure: four projects, not one platform. That distinction matters for release tracking, because manga, anime, cards, and mobile game announcements will not all arrive together.

The card game's June 2027 launch gives the roadmap a firm anchor. Jump Festa 2027 gives the manga a concrete next update point. The anime and mobile projects have status and creative details, but dates remain TBA.

How to follow updates

The safest sources are the official Project Rasengan page, NARUTO's official site and X account, the official YouTube channel, and the NARUTO CARD GAME site. For the mobile project, the official Instagram/X account is the relevant channel.

When a new announcement appears, check three things: whether the source is official, whether the date is explicit, and whether the announcement names the exact project. That helps avoid mixing rumors from different NARUTO projects.

Practical next steps

If you want a starting point, read the beginner guide for the whole initiative, then bookmark the release schedule page. If you care about the card game, study the deck structure and card types before the global launch.

If your main interest is the manga, wait for Jump Festa 2027 details. If you care about the anime, treat the crossover's creative team as confirmed but the date as unannounced.

Confirmed dates so far

If you searched for Three year plan, start with the confirmed facts below. Two dates are locked in. The NARUTO CARD GAME launches worldwide in June 2027, which is stated directly on the official project page. SHADOW RISING manga details are scheduled for Jump Festa 2027, held December 19-20, 2026.

The October 2026 New York Comic Con announcement is the third fixed point on the calendar, because it set the whole initiative in motion. Everything after that point is either scheduled, as with the two anchors above, or still unannounced.

Dates not yet announced

The NARUTO x NINKU anime has no premiere date; official materials list it as TBA. NARUTO mobile WORLDWIDE is in development with no release date and no confirmed preregistration. No episode count, platform list, or streaming details have been published for either project.

Any specific date you see for the anime or the mobile game on social media is therefore unverified. Fan predictions and rumors circulate quickly after big announcements, but the official channels have not confirmed a date for either project yet.

How the three-year plan is organized

The roadmap stretches from the 2026 announcement through 2029. The card game's June 2027 launch is the first major consumer release, which makes it the calendar's anchor. Jump Festa 2027 in December 2026 is the next scheduled milestone, focused on the manga.

Because the four projects run separately, their announcements will not arrive together. A manga update does not imply an anime update, and a card game event does not signal mobile news. Reading each project on its own track is the most accurate way to use the roadmap.

How to verify future dates

Check the official hub, the official X accounts, and the official YouTube channel first. Event-based news, such as Jump Festa panels, is usually confirmed through those channels. The card game site is the authority for card game timing and events.

When a new date appears, confirm that the source is official, the wording is explicit, and the project is named. If any of those three is missing, treat the date as unconfirmed. This wiki updates its schedule pages as official information arrives.

Common mistakes to avoid

One frequent error is misreading "Jump Festa 2027": the event takes place on December 19-20, 2026. The naming refers to the event edition, not the year of the manga details. Checking the official event page clears this up quickly.

Another error is assuming the anime or mobile game inherits a date from the card game. The four projects run on separate schedules. Only the card game has an explicit worldwide date of June 2027.
